I see a pattern here. I went back to when we originally started and guess what? We are putting in this time and effort and there is nothing to show for it. It seems to me we are playing around with the same 5 pounds-MOL
It is January-again! We, especially me, have to get serious. Starting today, January 3, 2009.
I promise myself to only eat when I am truly hungry....stomach growls!
I promise to go to the Y and do cardio everyday for a minimum of 30 minutes, an hour being optimum.
I promise to lift weights twice a week.
I promise to log everything that crosses my lips.
My stats for today are:
190.4/39.9/43.8
I would like to lose 40 pounds.
I would like to lose this by Memorial weekend. Calculated by a 2 pound weight loss per week that brings me to the week before Memorial so that leaves an extra week for a cushion. There will be weeks I will lose more, weeks I lose none. I will not allow weeks of gain!
I will post on this blog my results every Sunday morning.
