Today is the day that I commit to be fit!









Today is the day that I commit to be fit! I am starting at the YMCA tonight with Tammy on the commit to be fit program. I am starting this month off with new goals in mind.
December goals this month are:
#1. Sticking to the program
#2. Getting into the 160's before Christmas
#3. Doing pilates 2 x's a week
Short Term Goal 159 pounds by March 17,2010
Long Term Goal 144 pounds by June 30, 2010
