Hi ladies! Here's our stats for the last 4 weeks:
The first set is 2 weeks ago and the second set is tonight's weigh in.
Amy:
187.0/38.3/45
184/38.3/45 (3 lbs weight loss!)
Kelly:
172.2/38.6/44.8
166.8/37.5/45.6 (5.4 lb weight loss!!)
Heather:
262.4/50.7/35.9
259.2/51.7/35.2 (3.2 lb weight loss!)
Molly:

No weigh in (will try harder next time)
Michelle:
179.8 (at home)
No weigh in (did not attend, busy celebrating new president elect Obama)
Next goal includes eating a minimum of 2 servings of veggies a day and a weight loss of any amount in the next 2 weeks. Next meeting? November 23, 2008 at 7 PM at Amy's house. I believe Kelly is making brownies and I will bring the Welch's Diet Juice for all to try. (hopefully I will remember!)

Slacker - (a Dieter's Lament)
Why, oh why do I eat such junk?
Why am I am always in a funk?
I crave the chips, the cheese, the sweet
I never get enough to eat.
Oh help me Lord, my will has failed
I lay in bed like a beached whale
Why won't this rollercoaster stop?
Why must I wear an XL top?
Perhaps I need to shut my mouth
Put no more food in without a doubt
I wish I liked the green stuff more
Instead my head wages a food war.
I can truly say I'll try next week
To hear the words the thin do speak
As visions of Snickers dance in my head
I will start by getting out of bed
To exercise my fluffy bod
So I'm not an SUV but a hot rod.
So my dieter's lament comes to a close
I wish I fit in smaller clothes
Until that time I'll try my best
To put my willpower to the test
And make my sisters very proud
Get out from under this grey cloud.
Good luck, all I have left to say

Juicy (ah ah ah ah ah, ah-ah ah ah ah ah - juicy)
Sam's had the juice. 12 bottles for about $10. The flavors are pomegranite-berry, black cherry and peach fizz. Yum!!!!
