I hear you Molly...things were tough for me last week too, but this is a new week - so lets stay motivated! Here is my daily journal.

raisen bran with skim 4
Snack
trail mix (breakfast blend) ate throughout the day 2 points for whole bag
Lunch
1/2 wrap with turkey and lettus with ff miracle whip 4
3/4 cup pine nut salad from PnS 4
Loorna doones 200 cal pack 2
Snack
2 kraft carmels 1
Supper
1/2 wrap with turkey and lettus with ff miracle whip 4
kettle corn popcorn 2
23 point day for me and no exercise.
I am off to bed so I can get up and exercise tomorrow. Night night and keep chugging!
